Izzy is an average, twenty-six year old man with gray hair that covers his eyes. He's usually seen in a black cloak with a hood pulled over it, removing it only when he's ready to battle. Beneath the cloak, he wears a blue hoodie and black shirt with a skull design on the front, fingerless purple gloves, black jeans, and a pair of white and light blue tennis shoes.

HISTORY
Izzy was born one of triplets (alongside his brother Slash and sister Tarja) near Maplewood, Minnesota. As a child, he was very close to his siblings and his favorite hobby was raising guinea pigs.
One day, while playing in their family's storage shed, Izzy and Slash found a strange, Stone Mask placed precariously on a bunch of boxes. Izzy put it on for fun, but his brother tripped and both fell to the ground. Slash's head hit the floor and Izzy's masked face slammed into his, bursting his lip and breaking his nose and letting blood spill over the mask.
The mask reacted to the blood, stabbing into Izzy's head several times, apparently killing him. Slash stared at his brother's apparently lifeless body pressed atop him, horrified. The spines retracted and Izzy began to twitch. The mask fell from his face as fanged teeth grew from his pallid face. Though his brother tried to escape, the nascent vampire stuck his fingers into Slash's throat, draining him of blood until he lay lifeless before him.
Insatiable hunger dwelled within Izzy. He sought out the rest of his family. Though he hated himself for it, he couldn't stop himself from stalking into his parents' room and murdering his own mother, sucking her life essence dry. His father tried to defend himself from the undead child, but no matter what he did to the boy, he regenerated from it. Eventually, his father lay dead as well, but his sister, Tarja, fled the house at her father's command and escaped Izzy.
With his final act, Izzy's father burned the house down, attempting to take the monster that was once his son with him. Izzy burned as the house collapsed atop him and lost consciousness soon after.
When he next awoke, it was late at night and Izzy was stuck beneath the smoldering ruin that was once his family home, charred corpses of his parents and brother broken beneath wood and mortar. Pulling a broken beam from his chest, he stumbled across the ashen wreckage.
His first instinct, however, was not to look after the family he once loved, but to look to his beloved pet guinea pigs. He was furious to see that they had been crushed and broken beneath the ruined home. However, Izzy's blood seeped into the wounds on their tiny bodies, and they began to stir once more.
Izzy began to realize that, for him, the laws of life and death no longer applied as they once did. He could reverse it, and even bring back his family if he wanted… and so he chose to share his blood with Slash alone, the brother he had so dearly cared for.
The brothers and their pets left the scene of the fire that engulfed their home and before the end of the night, found their way to a monastery and begged for aid from the women within. Taking pity on the children, they brought them inside until they and the local authorities could figure out what to do with them, but it wasn't long before things began to go wrong.
Not only did Izzy and his brother all but refuse to enter the sunlight, their need to feed only grew, while Izzy's guinea pigs aggressively fed on rats and even cats and dogs. One nun noticed this and confronted the boys about it. In response, unable to bear their hunger, they killed her and fed on her blood, but another nun witnessed their actions and called the police.
Feeling threatened, the vampire boys began to attack the nuns within the abbey, then the police as they came. One of the policemen shot at one of Izzy's pet guinea pigs as it attacked him, killing the boy's beloved pet. In his rage, Izzy summoned Bedlam Sticks, his Stand, for the first time. With its power, he stole the souls of those present, ripping them from their bodies, then feasted on the soulless remains of their victims.
Several years have passed since that incident. Aware of his power and potential as a vampire, Izzy identifies himself as Death incarnate. Reaping souls for personal use for his Stand and hunting by night, he is feared by those who know him.
At the same time, the years have taught him some mastery over his hunger. He no longer kills indiscriminately, instead seeking to take the blood and souls of those whom he deems "deserving" of such a fate. With his powers, he can save those he deems just and punish those he deems wicked, holding power over Life and Death.
TECHNIQUES

[VA] Scythe Slash
The user uses his knives hold in his hands to slash against the target. When a soul is collected before, the user can use it as a scythe from one soul, dealing more damage.
[B1] Grim Force
The user will shine one of his eyes and will rush towards the enemy to pick it up and slam hardy it into objects, floors, walls to harm it.
Support
[SUP1] Evangelion for the Damned and Delirious
When near a dangerous attack, the user summons the souls so they distract the target and deviate the attack as he hops into the other side to dodge the attack.

In battle, Bedlam Sticks is able to summon devices that resemble any animal skull, and will home into the enemy to fire a lazer-like beam. These are commonly called Phantom Ripper. When more souls collected, more Phantom Rippers can be summoned. When hit by the beam, the target will enter on 'karma' mode in which, is a poison-like status that slowly drains the health from the opponent, the potential can depend on how much sins the target has done in its life, drains 5% of the health if the target has committed one mean action, or even 25% if the opponent is a wicked being.
