Stats:
Stand United employs a six-stat system. These stats determine your effectiveness in any one field for Stands, Hamon Users, Vampires and Hybrids: be it your speed, strength, or simply your perception, your ranking in these fields will either help or hinder you along the way.
On Stand United each statistic is ranked from A+ to E-; though rankings of None and Infinite do exist, they will not be available at creation. Regular rankings are defined as follows:
A+: Phenomenal
A: Excellent
B: Good
C: Average (the same level as a normal person)
D: Weak
E: Very Weak
E-: Negligible
A: Excellent
B: Good
C: Average (the same level as a normal person)
D: Weak
E: Very Weak
E-: Negligible
Players start with all stats at Rank C, and have starting points to use depending on their class, and they are thus;
Classless; 3 or 5, depending on Player Choices
Hamon/Vampire; 3
Stand user; 2
Hybrids; 2
Beyond those, if you wish to modify your stats further; you can lower one to increase another.
Increasing a stat costs one point per rank (with the exception of A+, which costs two).
By decreasing a stat, it gives you an extra point (with the exception of E-, which gives two).
The stats themselves work are as follows;
Power:
Measures strength and ability to cause destruction (physical injury or collateral environmental damage) in a given period of time. Not only limited to brute force, but also to abilities used. Ranks above C increase charge speed of melee-ranged attack techniques by 5% per rank. Ranks below C decrease charge speed of melee-ranged attacks by 5% per rank. Ranks in this also change the Soul Sync required to destroy a named location.
Rank A+: 5k Soul Sync required to destroy a named location.
Rank A: 10k Soul Sync required to destroy a named location.
Rank B: 20k Soul Sync required to destroy a named location.
Rank C: 25k Soul Sync required to destroy a named location.
Rank D: 30k Soul Sync required to destroy a named location.
Rank E: 40k Soul Sync required to destroy a named location.
Rank E-: 50k Soul Sync required to destroy a named location.
Rank A+: 5k Soul Sync required to destroy a named location.
Rank A: 10k Soul Sync required to destroy a named location.
Rank B: 20k Soul Sync required to destroy a named location.
Rank C: 25k Soul Sync required to destroy a named location.
Rank D: 30k Soul Sync required to destroy a named location.
Rank E: 40k Soul Sync required to destroy a named location.
Rank E-: 50k Soul Sync required to destroy a named location.
Speed:
Measures your character’s agility and performance speed. Ranks above C increase effectiveness of Dodge-based support skills by 5% per rank. Ranks below C decrease effectiveness of Dodge-based support skills by 5%.
Range:
Measures a compromise of the range of ability influence, and spatial mobility. For Stands, it is also a range of manifestation. Ranks above C increase charge speed of long range attack techniques by 5% per rank. Ranks below C lower charge speed by 5% per rank.
Durability:
Measures your character’s endurance and level of susceptibility to damage and attacks. Increases effectiveness of Barrier-based support skills by 5%. Also increases the Fatal % threshold by 10% per rank.
Rank A+: Fatal % Threshold of 180%
Rank A: Fatal % Threshold of 170%
Rank B: Fatal % Threshold of 160%
Rank C: Fatal % Threshold of 150%
Rank D: Fatal % Threshold of 140%
Rank E: Fatal % Threshold of 130%
Rank E-: Fatal % Threshold of 120%
Rank A+: Fatal % Threshold of 180%
Rank A: Fatal % Threshold of 170%
Rank B: Fatal % Threshold of 160%
Rank C: Fatal % Threshold of 150%
Rank D: Fatal % Threshold of 140%
Rank E: Fatal % Threshold of 130%

Precision:
Measures accuracy and range of influence/effect of their abilities to specified targets. Ranks above C decreases effectiveness of opponents Dodge-based support skills by 5% per rank. Ranks below C increases effectiveness of opponents Dodge-based support skills by 5% per rank.
Development Potential/Learning:
Measures possible functions, utilization of its abilities and powers, and capacity to improve its overall capabilities. Increases tech learning speed in the following manner:
