Hamon
For as long as history has been recorded, the use of The Ripple -or Hamon Energy- has been studied. Be it for simple training of the body, or for use against the many horrid creatures that roam after dark, Hamon is an invaluable tool for the aspiring Warrior. Though the art of Hamon had originally been kept secretive, it has been more or less revealed to the general public due to a strange, inexplicable growth in the thought-to-be extinct Vampire Race. Most turn a blind eye to the art, thinking of it as a silly party trick ... But for those few who can see the truth, Hamon can be learned quite easily...
Traits:
Crafty: Hamon Users are at a slight disadvantage compared to some of their peers in the art of combat. Due to this, users of The Ripple have to be craftier to keep up. Hamon Users start with an extra technique slot, bringing their starting total up to 5.
OVERDRIVE: Twice per thread (but never two posts in a row), by tapping into the full power of the sun, you are able to use any number of techniques at once, but up to a total of 150% of your Soul Sync level. If you intend to use Variant Techniques, you may only use two each time you activate Overdrive. Though you do not need to, adding a prefix to your Overdrive based on a color of your choosing (I.E: Golden Yellow Overdrive, Crimson Red Overdrive, etc.) is encouraged.
Breath Control: Hamon requires full breathing control to use effectively. Without proper control, there will be no flow of energy. If for some reason your character is unable to breath, you cannot use any Hamon-Based techniques. If something inhibits your breathing, rather than stopping it, then you can only use Basic Tier (B1) Hamon-Based abilities.
